Yoga and Meditation Club
In today’s world students are involved in a lot of activities which makes them feel stressed out and burdened along with health problems which add to their misery. The yoga and meditation club of our school aims at the spiritual development of the student in the guidance of certified trainers. The weekly yoga classes include a comprehensive sequence which consists of proper breathing exercises, stretching and yogasanas for flexibility and relaxation. Meditation techniques are taught as well as to enhance concentration and it also teaches them how to overcome pressure of day to day life and remain fit and healthy.
