SOCIAL SCIENCE EXHIBITION 2025-2026 CLASS VI - VIII

 St. Anne’s School’s auditorium buzzed with intellectual energy on 17th January, 2026 as students of classes VI to VIII unveiled their innovative models at the Annual Social Science Exhibition – A project-based learning event focusing on interconnected global and local issues. The students presented a diverse array of displays, transforming abstract concepts into tangible models and presentations. Geography based Models depicting the hydrological cycle, Layers of atmosphere, Sources of renewable energy, Layers of soil, Pollution and its causes, Types of industries, Natural disaster management, Smart city, Solar system, Rainwater harvesting system were popular highlights. Students recreated historical sites, Harappan Valley Civilization, Ashoka’s empire, Anglicist and Orientalist School of Thinking, Jallianwala Bagh massacre, Bhopal gas tragedy, Taj Mahal, Establishment of TISCO, British Era in India and also demonstrated Civics models based on EVM, Houses of Parliament, The Supreme Court, Fundamental Rights etc. The hands-on approach and the students’ detailed explanation fostered deeper understanding, turning spectators into active learners. We highly appreciate the warm response and encouragement by the parents. The exhibition successfully achieved its aim of bridging classroom learning with real world application, encouraging students to become informed, engaged and innovative citizens ready to contribute to a progressive India and the world.
