Mathematics Exhibition 2026-27 (Middle Wing)

  • Mon,19 Oct 2026

Every great invention begins with a question, every discovery begins with curiosity, and every solution begins with logical thinking.

Mathematics is much more than a subject in our textbooks. It is the language of the universe, the foundation of scientific discoveries, and the backbone of modern technology. From the architecture of magnificent buildings to the movement of planets, from managing our daily expenses to designing artificial intelligence, mathematics plays an essential role in every aspect of our lives. This was exhibited by the students of classes VI,VII and VIII in the mathematics exhibition- "Math-a- thon 2026", a wonderful platform where numbers spoke, shapes told stories, patterns revealed secrets, and imagination transformed into innovation.

This exhibition showcased not only mathematical formulas and concepts but also the creativity, curiosity, dedication, and problem-solving abilities of students.

Our young mathematicians have explored fascinating concepts through working models, puzzles, geometrical designs, innovative projects, and real-life applications. These exhibits demonstrated that mathematics is not merely something to be memorised, it is something to be explored, experienced and enjoyed.

The judges Dr Shanu Sharma and Dr Ranjan Mohnot appreciated this wonderful and intellectually enriching Mathematics Exhibition which made mathematics a journey of exploration rather than a burden of calculations, a source of confidence rather than fear, and an adventure of discovery rather than memorization. They also appreciated the efforts of students to discover how numbers can make our world more meaningful, logical, and beautiful.
