Karate, the Japanese word for “empty hands,” was born in the Okinawan Islands as a form of self-defense, at a time when weapons were banned by invading Japanese forces.

Garvit Prajapat of class 4D received a grade of honorary 1st SHO Dan by Karate India Organisation .

Winning at Karate is no easy feat. It required countless hours of physical training, mental preparation, and a steadfast commitment to improving skills.
